A couple of weekends ago, one of my best friends got married in a dreamy little beach-front wedding in our hometown of Galveston, Texas. I mean, it was so well planned down to every napkin. She discovered and contacted every vendor herself and enjoyed it since she almost chose a career in wedding coordinating. I wanted to share some cool details with all of our bride-to-be readers.
Her wedding weekend began on the Thursday before the wedding with a bar-b-q at her parents home, which I thought was a super fun idea for their close friends and family. A lot of guests were traveling to attend the festivities, so this was a nice way to welcome them to town.
Next, Friday was the rehearsal followed by the rehearsal dinner on a boat. This was by far the most unique rehearsal dinner I have ever attended! Of course I was set on wearing seersucker for this… any excuse for seersucker is good with me!

The cutest Photo Booth that created a GIF ft two of my other best friends! Brook (recently married, mine and megs bff) and Angela (I will be a bridesmaid in her wedding in December).
Cutest date 😉

This was one of my favorite things at the reception. There was a guest book and a polaroid camera for guests to take a picture and tape it in the book next to their message.
Let me know on Insta if you have any questions on vendors or anything else!
Cheers to the new Mr. & Mrs. Almon!
